Compensation Analyst
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst to join our HR team. This role will be instrumental in managing compensation data, supporting planning cycles, and ensuring the smooth operation of compensation-related systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain compensation data to support annual review cycles and ongoing planning.
- Track new hire compensation details globally, including bonus targets, equity grants, and other non-cash components.
- Maintain records of unique compensation elements such as custom prorations, academic background, and other contextual data.
- Document and organize hiring approvals and related compensation decisions.
- Input and update compensation data in internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support the submission of data to compensation benchmarking providers and assist with market analysis.
- Respond to compensation-related inquiries from leadership, finance, and other departments.
- Assist in the administration of equity programs, including grant processing, vesting schedules, reporting, and compliance.
- Help employees with stock portal access and resolve account-related questions.
- Review and update internal systems to reflect accurate equity holder information.
- Prepare documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
- Contribute to broader HR initiatives and projects as needed.
- Deliver high-quality service to internal stakeholders, including employees, managers, and HR partners.
