Our client is a well-known leading fintech firm with a global footprint and impressive growth. They are currently expanding their Reward team with the hiring of a, AVP, Global Broad-based Compensation.

You will be responsible for contributing to the Compensation strategy and advising the business and HR population on implementing and embedding this strategy. There is a focus on ensuring higher level of global standardization and ensuring compensation is aligned with the business’s goal and objectives. You will review market pricing, deliver advanced reporting and analysis, drive compensation and education initiatives and interact on various projects with the broader HR and Finance teams. You will also have the opportunity if you so wish to be involved in executive compensation projects.

Our client is looking for a senior Compensation professional with global experience in a mid to large sized organization. You will be a strong communicator, comfortable and effective at engaging with executive stakeholders.
