This role will lead end-to-end graduate recruitment and development initiatives, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent. Responsibilities include managing internship programs, coordinating assessment processes, and delivering impactful development activities that align with the firm’s strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
Beyond recruitment, the position offers significant involvement in graduate career development, including managing structured training programs, rotations across different teams, and supporting progression pathways. You will also play a key role in fostering relationships with universities and educational institutions, driving engagement through events, mentoring programs, and outreach activities.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in graduate recruitment within professional services environments, strong project management capabilities, and a passion for developing future leaders.
