Location: New York, NY
In Office Schedule: 4 days on site in Midtown
Compensation range: Up to $200k base plus bonus
Our client is a leading global investment firm with a strong reputation for innovation, performance, and a highly collaborative culture. They are seeking a Head of Americas HR to lead the people agenda across North America, partnering closely with senior business leaders and serving as a key member of the global HR team.
Reporting directly to the CHRO, this is a highly visible leadership role with broad regional ownership. You’ll lead a team of HR professionals while driving strategic and operational HR initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, including:
- Employee relations and complex people matters
- Leadership coaching and stakeholder partnership
- Talent development and succession planning
- Employee engagement and retention
- HR analytics and workforce insights
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Global HR projects and process improvement
This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on HR leader who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and can balance strategic thinking with execution.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within financial services
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders on complex people matters
- Previous team management experience
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, data-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Workday experience is a plus
