This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional looking to step into a highly visible role with significant ownership. As the sole HR representative in Houston, you’ll support employees and leaders across the full employee lifecycle while contributing to regional and global people initiatives.

  • Driving HR reporting, analytics, and process improvements
  • Supporting compensation, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Managing immigration and employee mobility processes in partnership with external counsel
  • Collaborating with global HR colleagues on systems, policies, and strategic projects

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously, building strong relationships across the business, and balancing day-to-day HR operations with broader strategic initiatives.

  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
