Salary: £45 – £55k

Location: West London, Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 WFH

Start: ASAP

We’re partnering with a global engineering & automation business in the search for an experienced HR Advisor to join their UK team. The role acts as the lead advisor to a white collar portfolio and has a strong focus on employee relations and project work, sitting within a well structured and highly knowledgeable team. Main responsibilities:

* Hands-on HR support across ER, unions, policy, capability, absence & health

* Partner with managers to deliver practical, commercially balanced solutions

* Lead policy work, engagement activity & compliance

* Support global HR initiatives locally

* Drive continuous improvement across People Services

* Occasional travel to other UK-based sites as required

Desired experience:

* Strong ER experience including union exposure

* Already operating at HR Advisor level

* Background in engineering, automation or aviation preferred

* Confident handling complex casework

* Solid UK employment law knowledge

* Workday experience beneficial
