HR Business Partner
We’re looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to join a high-performing HR team within a global leader in advanced technology solutions. This role partners directly with senior leaders and collaborates with Centers of Excellence to deliver innovative, data-driven HR strategies that enable transformation and operational excellence. This full-time role is based on-site in Melbourne, Florida.
What you’ll do:
✔ Define and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
✔ Lead talent management and succession planning initiatives
✔ Drive organizational development and change management programs
✔ Provide data-driven insights to inform workforce decisions
✔ Champion employee engagement and cultural transformation
✔ Partner on performance management, leadership development, and continuous improvement projects
