The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and managers to deliver a people strategy aligned with business objectives. This is a varied and strategic role where you’ll influence culture, champion employee experience, and ensure HR practices scale effectively with growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with leadership teams to deliver impactful HR solutions.
- Driving initiatives across performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Advising on organisational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Using data and insights to inform decision-making and measure impact.
- Supporting DEI strategies and embedding inclusive practices across the employee lifecycle.
- Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and HR best practice.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a strategic HRBP role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Ability to interpret people data and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.
