As the HR Manager for Retail Stores, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within our client’s retail organization. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and interpersonal skills to support our employees and drive the company’s objectives forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve

conflicts or concerns and conduct investigations.

· Promote a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-

building activities.

· Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to enhance employee skills

and performance.

· Facilitate career development opportunities and succession planning to retain top talent and promote

internal advancement.

· Implement performance management processes to set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and

evaluate employee performance.

· Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to improve individual and team performance as needed.

· Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, administration, and communication.

· Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

· Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.

· Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various retail positions.

· Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.

· Previous experience in HR in a retail or multi-unit environment.

· Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

*Some travel may be required to visit retail locations within the region.
