Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Design
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with a specialization in functions including Product Design, Merchandising, Product Management and Technical Design. This role is ideal for a strategic partner who thrives on the challenge of recruiting top-tier talent and is dedicated to enhancing our company’s competitive edge through innovative hiring practices.
The successful candidate will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless integration of top-talent into our dynamic teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop innovative strategies to source, attract, and onboard talent in product-focused roles.
- Work closely with business leaders to gain insights into hiring requirements, detailed job specifications, and the unique dynamics of each team. Act as a trusted talent partner to our business units.
- Lead the entire recruitment process from identifying potential candidates and conducting initial screenings to leading interview sessions and extending job offers.
- Utilize analytics to refine recruitment processes and provide actionable insights to business leaders, thereby improving decision-making and strategic planning in talent acquisition.
Role requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in full lifecycle recruitment within the areas of product design, merchandising, product management, and technical design.
- Previous agency experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing robust talent pipelines and sourcing plans that ensure a consistent influx of qualified candidates.
- Strong networking skills with deep retail industry network.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Will sit on-site in their Secaucus, NJ location 4 days a week.
