HR Operations & Project Coordinator
Remote, UK | £53,000-£65,000 + 10% Bonus
Frazer Jones is partnering with a growing global professional services organisation to recruit an HR Operations & Project Coordinator into its international HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR Operations professional looking to take ownership of the European employee lifecycle while gaining exposure to global HR projects, transformation and systems initiatives.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for day-to-day HR Operations across the UK and Europe, alongside supporting the delivery of wider global HR projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding
- Maintaining employee records, HR systems and documentation
- Coordinating leave, benefits, employee changes and background checks
- Supporting UK and European HR compliance and GDPR requirements
- Acting as a first point of contact for routine employee and manager queries
- Coordinating HR projects, milestones, actions and stakeholder updates
- Supporting HR systems, process improvement and transformation initiatives
- Partnering with HR Operations, HRBPs, Payroll and Total Rewards teams globally
About you
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong, hands-on HR Operations / HR Administration experience
- Good knowledge of the UK employee lifecycle and HR practices
- Previous experience within professional services
- Strong HR systems, data and administrative capability
- Working knowledge of GDPR and HR compliance
- Some exposure to HR projects, change or transformation
- Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence working independently within a global and evolving environment
Experience across Ireland or wider Europe, HR transformation, systems implementation, benefits or post-acquisition integration would be advantageous.
