HRIS Analyst

I’m excited to be recruiting for an HRIS Analyst to join a dynamic HR function based in Central London. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with HR technology, improving data quality, and helping teams get the best out of their systems. You’ll play a key part in supporting Oracle HR processes across their global operations, strengthening reporting, and driving smarter ways of working across the function.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for Oracle HR systems, helping users navigate and resolve issues.
- Maintain and update system configuration including workflows and approvals.
- Manage bulk uploads and data changes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Build and maintain HR reports using Oracle’s reporting tools.
- Carry out regular data quality checks and support data governance activities.
- Support system testing, updates, and release cycles.
- Create simple, user-friendly training materials and help increase HR system adoption.
- Collaborate with HR and wider teams to streamline processes and support continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Experience working with HR systems – ideally Oracle.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes and data structures.
- Confident analysing data, spotting issues, and recommending improvements.
- Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, validation).
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, detail-focused approach.
- Reporting experience (e.g., OTBI) beneficial but not essential.
