  • Track participation, feedback, application and programme effectiveness, using the findings to improve the learner experience.
  • Provide clear evaluation and delivery data to support return-on-investment analysis and future L&D decisions.
  • Explore appropriate uses of AI and digital learning tools to improve engagement, accessibility and scale.

Requirements:

  • A track record of delivering learning programmes at scale across multiple locations.
  • Experience planning and delivering blended learning through face-to-face, group-based and digital channels.
  • Experience managing, coaching and developing trainers or a field-based learning team.
  • A sound understanding of retail operations, customer experience and commercial performance.
  • The ability to use performance data, training-needs insights, learner feedback and evaluation findings to improve learning delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder-management, collaboration and communication skills.
  • A delivery-focused approach, with the ability to balance pace, quality and measurable outcomes.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation.
  • An open and practical approach to using AI and digital tools to enhance learning and performance.
  • A CIPD Level 5 qualification, another recognised L&D qualification or equivalent practical experience would be valuable
