Frazer Jones is delighted to partner with a global solutions provider to appoint a Learning & Business Sales for their Singapore office, supporting growth across the APAC region. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact in the corporate learning space.
In this role, you will lead consultative B2B sales efforts, building strategic relationships with existing and new enterprise clients and positioning innovative learning solutions across leadership, transformation, collaboration, and personal development. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal and closure, while driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
Beyond business development, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, diagnosing capability gaps and shaping tailored learning roadmaps. The role also involves collaborating with regional and global teams to deliver solutions for multinational accounts and representing the brand at industry events and conferences.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in B2B sales within professional services, HR tech, or consulting environments, coupled with excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills. Regional exposure and experience engaging senior stakeholders will be highly advantageous.
