Are you an organised administrator with experience supporting HR, Learning & Development, or training functions? We’re recruiting for a Learning & Development Administrator to join a busy and collaborative team, helping ensure training activities, records, and compliance requirements are managed accurately and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, data, and processes, and is looking to build a long-term career within Learning & Development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing training records, learner data, and documentation
- Supporting training bookings, enrolments, completions, and certifications
- Maintaining information within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Monitoring mandatory and compliance training records
- Producing reports and supporting audit requirements
- Acting as a point of contact for training-related administration queries
- Providing administrative support to trainers, stakeholders, and learners
What We’re Looking For
- Previous administration experience within an HR, Learning & Development, training, or operational environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence working with systems, data, and documentation
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate records
Desirable
- Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Exposure to compliance, safety, or mandatory training environments
- Audit or reporting experience
