The Role
As a Quant Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as a strategic hiring partner to the business, owning end‑to‑end recruitment for highly specialised quantitative profiles. You will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, discretion, and commercial awareness in a fast‑paced but intellectually rigorous setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Quant Research, Trading, and Technology to deliver critical hiring across APAC
- Lead proactive market mapping and search execution for niche quantitative skill sets
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships within the global quant community
- Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and competitor benchmarking to the business
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role scoping through offer and onboarding
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining a consistently high hiring bar
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience recruiting quantitative researchers, traders, or advanced technical profiles
- Background from a buy‑side in‑house TA team or a specialist search firm focused on quant markets
- Strong understanding of quantitative investment environments and talent dynamics
- Comfortable partnering with senior, highly analytical stakeholders
- Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and able to operate with discretion and judgement
