Our client, an established investment-focused organization is looking to add a Talent Acquisition partner to its growing people team. This individual will play a key role in supporting hiring efforts across a variety of business functions, helping to identify, engage, and assess talent while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders. The position offers broad exposure to recruitment strategy, candidate engagement, and talent-related initiatives within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The firm operates on a hybrid schedule with a required 4 days per week in office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities across multiple corporate functions, with a primary focus on sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation.
  • Build talent pipelines through proactive market mapping, networking, referral generation, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct introductory conversations with prospective candidates to assess experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
  • Partner with hiring teams and recruiters to coordinate interview processes and maintain momentum throughout searches.
  • Ensure candidate information and recruiting activity are accurately maintained within the applicant tracking system.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives aimed at strengthening employer branding, enhancing candidate experience, and supporting broader people-related priorities.
  • Stay informed on labor market trends, competitive talent landscapes, and industry best practices.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Approximately 3 to 7+ years of recruiting experience, either within a corporate talent acquisition team, search firm, or a combination of both.
  • Strong ability to identify and assess talent through resume review, candidate conversations, and market research.
  • Experience supporting hiring efforts in financial services, investment management, fintech, or other highly professional environments is advantageous.
  • Comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with a proactive, team-oriented approach and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
