The successful candidate will support high‑stakes annual cycles such as salary review and bonus, deliver critical market insights, and serve as a trusted point of coordination across HR, the business, and external providers.
If you’re looking to step into a role with real impact and build your expertise across both reward and benefits, this is an excellent next move.

- Contribute to ad hoc reward analysis and project work as required.
Benefits
- Act as an escalation point for benefits queries for both employees and the wider HR team.
- Manage relationships with external benefits providers, brokers, insurers, and platform suppliers.
- Support benefits renewals, rate discussions, and coverage changes.
- Assist with benefits platform design, updates, and testing.
- Support both UK and international benefits, including health and life insurance where needed.
- Handle partner benefit selections and queries.
- Contribute to wellbeing initiatives and benefits communications.
- Work with HR Operations and Finance to ensure smooth invoicing and administrative accuracy.
- Participate in a wide range of benefits‑related projects and ongoing improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Ideally 2+ years’ Reward & Benefits experience (professional services experience is advantageous but not essential).
- Strong analytical capability, with confidence working with spreadsheets and complex datasets.
- Familiarity with benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies (WTW GGS experience desirable).
- A logical, data‑driven approach to problem solving.
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Good understanding of employee benefits schemes and structures.
- A proactive, curious mindset – especially around new technologies and AI.
- Workday experience beneficial but not required.
