Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a global technology organisation currently undergoing a period of continued growth and evolution across its international operations. With a workforce of c.5,000 employees across 40+ countries, the business supports thousands of clients globally and is investing heavily in its people strategy, systems, and reward capability.

This is a key hire into a lean, high-impact global reward function, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced compensation professional to step into a broad, senior role with genuine scope to influence strategy. Working closely with the Head of Reward, you will act as their number two, playing a pivotal role in both BAU activity and strategic reward initiatives, while positioning yourself as a potential successor in the longer term.

The environment is dynamic, commercially focused and evolving, with a strong emphasis on agility, innovation and continuous improvement. The role offers a blend of hands-on delivery, project exposure and senior stakeholder engagement, with the opportunity to shape reward practices across a highly international business.

Reporting into the Head of Reward, you will operate within a small global team and take ownership of compensation activity across the business, with broader exposure to benefits, executive reward and governance. You will also manage two direct reports located internationally.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading the design and delivery of global compensation frameworks, ensuring alignment with business strategy

* Managing the annual compensation cycle (March-June), including modelling, data preparation and stakeholder engagement

* Supporting executive reward governance, including quarterly Board-level committee processes

* Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide insight on pay positioning, market trends and reward decisions

* Supporting and evolving pay transparency initiatives across multiple geographies

* Contributing to the development and enhancement of global benefits programmes, informed by employee engagement data

* Leading benchmarking and job evaluation activity, including transition between external providers

* Driving adoption of reward technology, including advanced compensation and benefits modules within Workday

* Championing the use of data, automation and AI to enhance reward processes and insight

* Managing and developing a small international team, fostering collaboration and high performance

You will bring strong in-house compensation or reward experience, ideally gained within a global, fast-paced environment. You will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen and the ability to operate effectively in a lean, evolving team.

Experience and capabilities will include:

* Deep expertise in compensation, with broader exposure to benefits and reward governance

* Proven experience delivering annual reward cycles in a multi-country environment

* Strong Excel and analytical capability, with the ability to build and interpret complex models

* Experience working with benchmarking tools (e.g. Radford, Korn Ferry or similar)

* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at a senior level

* A hands-on, adaptable approach, comfortable operating in a changing business environment

* Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday) and an interest in leveraging technology and AI within reward

* Previous experience within a technology or software environment would be beneficial but is not essential

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business at a key point in its evolution, where reward is playing a central role in supporting growth and organisational change.

You’ll gain exposure to:

* A truly global remit spanning 40+ countries

* Senior leadership and Board-level reward governance

* Ongoing technology and systems transformation

* A high-profile role with clear progression potential

The role is based in London (City) with hybrid working (2-3 days per week in the office, with flexibility). This is a stand-out opportunity for a Reward professional looking to step into a broader, global leadership role within a dynamic and evolving organisation.

If you are a commercially focused reward professional looking to shape global compensation strategy and work closely with senior leadership, we would be delighted to hear from you. For a confidential discussion or more information, please contact Nick Arnold at Frazer Jones.
