Our client, a global apparel company, is looking for their first ever Director of Total Rewards to join their growing team.
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this person will truly be responsible for everything as it relates to
compensation and benefits. From benefits administration, open enrollment, vendor management, negotiating contracts,
etc. to implementing a new compensation strategy including bonus/equity programs, benchmarking, market
competitiveness, job titles/levels, etc. This is a role for someone who is excited by the opportunity to really build out a
Total Rewards function from scratch. Their aim is to foster an environment that not only attracts and retains
exceptional talent but also resonates with the organization’s mission and core values.
Must have at least 8+ years of experience in a compensation (with exposure to benefits) role and/or a Total Rewards
function. A successful candidate will handle the compensation and benefits strategy, roll up their sleeves and manage
the daily responsibilities. Open to industry. Ideally looking for someone to sit on-site 4 days a week in their Secaucus, NJ location.
