Compensation Range: $110-140k base plus bonus

They’re seeking a University Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll own the full campus recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from first interaction through to offer. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to develop creative strategies for attracting top talent and act as a brand ambassador at campus and virtual events.
As a University Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Manage all stages of the university recruitment process, from job postings and sourcing to interviews and offers.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, delivering a personalized and engaging experience.
- Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies to enhance campus presence and attract top talent.
- Represent the firm at on-campus and virtual events, showcasing opportunities and culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment and closing strategies.
- Partner with recruiting coordinators to ensure smooth scheduling, feedback collection, and onboarding.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive process improvements and efficiency.
- Identify new opportunities to optimize recruitment methods and campus engagement.

Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within financial or professional services.
- Willingness to travel extensively during peak campus recruiting seasons.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships.
- Experience using ATS tools and leveraging technology for recruitment success.
