Vice President, Human Resources – Global Markets (Confidential Search)

We are conducting a confidential search for a Vice President of Human Resources to support the Global Markets business within a leading international financial institution. This is a strategic HR leadership role, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Asia to drive talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior leaders within Global Markets.
- Lead and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, performance management, and compensation frameworks.
- Partner with global HR teams to ensure consistency and compliance with regional and global policies.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience and strengthen the firm’s culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partner role within financial services.
- Strong understanding of Global Markets or investment banking environment.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver strategic HR solutions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English; additional Asian language skills are a plus.
