About the Company

We’re partnering with one of the most admired global brands – a true powerhouse in its industry, known for innovation, excellence, and a people-first culture. This is a rare opportunity to join a business that sets the benchmark for employee experience across the globe. Their EMEA HR function is world-class, and this role sits at the heart of it.

The Role

This is a high-impact, senior-level team level contributor position – ideal for someone who thrives in a strategic, complex environment and wants to make a real difference without the distractions of people management. You’ll be the go-to expert for benefits across the EMEA region, shaping and evolving programs that touch thousands of employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the design, implementation, and governance of employee benefits across multiple EMEA countries
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (HR, Legal, Finance) and external vendors to ensure compliance, competitiveness, and cost-effectiveness
  • Lead annual renewals, benchmarking, and vendor negotiations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and senior stakeholders on all things benefits-related
  • Monitor legislative changes and market trends to keep programs future-fit
  • Drive continuous improvement and harmonization across the region

Who We’re Looking For

  • A seasoned benefits professional with deep EMEA experience – ideally across multiple countries
  • Strong knowledge of statutory and supplementary benefits, including pensions, insurances, wellness, and leave policies
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills – credible, consultative, and commercially savvy
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Someone who can operate at a strategic level but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves
