Human Capital Senior Associate
Our client is a global alternative asset manager who is seeking a Human Capital Associate/Senior Associate to join their globally dispersed team, reporting to a senior HR leader in NYC. Within a 200-person firm, the role will support of end-to-end HR initiatives for the US office, while having broader involvement in significant global HR projects and strategic initiatives.
The firm is seeking a team member who enjoys flexing from operational to strategic and comfort operating in ambiguity while playing a role in problem solving. They’re seeking a solid HR foundation (~3-6 years of experience) within financial services and strong ambition to grow and learn.
The role is 3 days in office in Midtown NYC.
