Smiths Medical International, with responsibility for all  activity outside of the USA, is restructuring its HR function to complement business growth which will create three new roles reporting to the HR Director. 

With responsibility for a diverse UK client group, your generalist remit will ensure we are able to offer an environment in which our people can excel. As part of our senior management team you will be instrumental in identifying and delivering business improvement programmes and facilitating change, constantly providing commercially driven advice to enable the business reach optimum performance. 

Initiatives frequently cross territory boundaries, giving a significant international flavour to the role, and you will work closely with the European HR team to ensure consistency of approach to the people agenda.

Of graduate calibre and CIPD qualified, you will be a commercially astute HR generalist with a track record of success in a change orientated environment.
