Senior Consultant - Reward

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reward consultant to join this established partnership to set up and run the Reward consulting arm off the back of an established client base.

Our client is London based but provides HR consultancy across Europe to organisations ranging from small owner-managed firms to many of the FTSE 250 companies in a non-hierarchical meritocratic and collaborative organisation.

To ensure a successful future for the business, they have embarked on a number of long-term strategic initiatives of which adding a broader Reward-centric offering to their clients is one.

They are looking for an experienced Reward Consultant to build the function within the framework of their current client base, while developing further clients for the organisation as a whole.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in consulting with particular strength in LTIP design, bonus planning, share scheme design and flexible benefits from both a strategic and operational perspective. They will be a self-starter, passionate about the product, highly results orientated and with a strong client service focus.
