By 2012 we want to be supporting 500,000 people and employing around 5,500 social care professionals who will provide care that is more connected, and who will work to transform whole communities as well as individual’s lives. We want to drive forward a vibrant and effective third sector, with HR playing a key role in this process. As a result we require the following individual:

Director, OD – London or Manchester

The purpose of this role is to build and manage a human capital centre of excellence that is capable of delivering the competitive advantage through people that will deliver Turning Point’s strategic vision.  You will manage human capital risks as well as optimise the return from commercial opportunities from a people centric perspective.  Oversee the integration of key human capital practices as well as ownership of the leadership development agenda, succession planning, and cultural change.

This position requires an individual with a proven track record as an effective leader at a senior level within a medium sized enterprise. You will demonstrate in-depth experience and a successful track record in your own area of professionalism, an ability to take a strategic overview and direction as well as experience in the effective leadership and management of change.

Salary to £70K + benefits including final salary pension
