  • Drive pay equity analysis, reporting, and remediation strategies across global populations.
  • Partner with the Head of Reward to evolve compensation philosophy and ensure alignment with business goals.

Global Program Management

  • Manage compensation structures across multiple countries, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
  • Contribute to the administration of long‑term incentive programs, including some carried interest components.

  • Provide insights on market trends, internal equity, and compensation risks.
  • Ensure compensation practices are consistent, transparent, and aligned with global governance standards.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to advise on compensation decisions, job design, and offer recommendations.
  • Work closely with Finance and FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on compensation matters impacting the Platforms organization.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Deep experience in broad‑based compensation, including job architecture, benchmarking, survey management, and pay equity.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.

  • Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Financial services or similarly complex, high‑rigor environments strongly preferred.

What You’ll Gain
