HR Specialist, APAC (Hong Kong-Based)
Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering on a confidential search for a top-tier leading international law firm to hire a dynamic HR Specialist to support the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver full-spectrum HR Generalist support across APAC
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for business and corporate functions (up to Manager level)
- Oversee compensation & benefits and payroll coordination
- Maintain and optimise HRIS systems (including Workday)
- Partner closely with stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and processes
- Ensure compliance with regional employment practices and policies
- Direct reporting to HR Manager
Requirements
- Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (essential)
- 4-5 years of HR Generalist experiences
- Strong exposure to recruitment, C&B, payroll, and HRIS
- Prior experience in law firm / legal sector is highly preferred
- Hands-on knowledge of Workday or similar HR systems
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regional role
