You’ll take ownership of a range of operational People activity, with a particular focus on complex employee relations, coaching managers, People processes, policy, employee experience and continuous improvement. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in wider People projects and initiatives.

The role will include:

  • Managing a broad range of complex employee relations cases, including performance, grievance and disciplinary.
  • Coaching and supporting managers to build confidence and capability in managing their teams.
  • Managing and improving People processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Supporting the development and application of People policies, ensuring they remain practical, compliant and effective.
  • Using People data, metrics and reporting to identify trends and provide meaningful insight.
  • Supporting annual People processes, including performance and reward activity.
  • Contributing to People projects and wider initiatives focused on improving employee experience.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice.

About you

I’m looking for an experienced HR/People professional with a strong generalist background, You’ll need solid experience across operational HR/service delivery and be confident managing complex ER matters independently.

  • Has strong employee relations knowledge and practical case management experience.
  • Is comfortable working in a busy environment and managing competing priorities.
  • Has experience using HR systems and People data/reporting.

  • Takes a collaborative, approachable and solutions-focused approach.
  • Can work autonomously while being a strong team player.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior People Advisor or someone looking to step into a Junior Business Partner role. This is a varied role where you can combine hands-on operational HR with project work, process improvement, and genuine stakeholder influence.
