Frazer Jones was proud to be retained by the Global Head of HR for Global Markets (MD), based in Singapore, who also serves as the Regional Head of HR for Asia (excluding Japan), to build out their International HR Leadership team over several years, spanning all HR Centres of Excellence.
The solution
Having partnered extensively with a number of global investment banks across London, New York, Singapore, and Hong Kong over several years, Charlotte and the broader Global HR Financial Services Executive Search Practice were able to leverage their global HR networks and institutional knowledge to provide the strongest pool of talent across many international markets.
The outcome
