Abigail leads our senior financial services and fintech team, supporting mid-senior level HR professionals across asset management, private equity, investments, broking, fintech, payments and open banking.
She began her HR recruitment career in 2017 and has successfully recruited roles that span the entire HR spectrum including generalist HR, business partnering, learning, development, talent, organisational development, early careers, employee relations and change.
She’s supported several HR appointments scaling newly created people and culture teams for the highest performing start-ups, alongside partnering with the largest, most established financial services and fintech organisations in the world on their hunt to find top-tier HR talent. She strives to work collaboratively and has a passion for helping candidates secure the next step in their careers.
