Eric Torigian brings more than 30 years of senior HR leadership experience to Frazer Jones, where he leads the firm’s Fractional and Consulting HR practice. A former Chief Human Resources Officer, Eric has partnered with organizations at pivotal moments, helping them navigate complex people challenges including rapid growth, M&A integration, leadership transitions, and enterprise transformation. He also works closely with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, providing critical interim HR leadership to stabilize, scale, and accelerate value creation.

His background as a hands-on practitioner gives him a unique ability to deliver both strategic guidance and operational execution. Eric works closely with HR and business leaders who need immediate, high-caliber support, providing access to interim and fractional talent that can step in quickly and drive meaningful outcomes.

Known for his pragmatic approach and deep understanding of the HR function, Eric connects organizations with proven leaders who bring clarity, stability, and momentum when it matters most. Based in the Midwest, he supports clients across North America in a wide range of industries.
