I joined Frazer Jones at the beginning of 2011 and have a dual responsibility across our professional services and specialist functions. That means I have a really interesting role with a team who work across a hugely diverse range of sectors and specialisms. Within the professional services practice the team and I work with a fascinating range of legal, management consultancy, accountancy and property firms. On a personal level I focus on our Director and Head of searches based out of the UK, and also operate in the offshore market for both in-house HR and fee-earning Human Capital consulting. I also lead our specialist functions practice which includes reward & benefits, HRIS & analytics, payroll, Human Capital consulting and international mobility.
Throughout my career I have been lucky enough to work with a really broad range of clients from FMCG and heavy industry, to globally recognised financial and professional services brands. One of the things I love about my job is the fact that every day I get to meet different people and organisations and learn something new from them. I’m also extremely lucky to work with my colleagues across our global offices by supporting clients with their searches, sharing insights and connecting them in to networks that help them grow their businesses.
Fundamental to my success, and the DNA of Frazer Jones is our passion to develop deep, meaningful and long lasting relationships. A great number of the clients I work with I have known for 10, 15 or even 20 years, for them that means that I can bring a strong understand of them and their organisation, combined with expertise and the deep talent pools that Frazer Jones operates in globally.
Blessed with two wonderful, if sometimes challenging sons, most of my time when not at work is dedicated to running around after them. I love music and although perhaps the worst guitarist in the world, love the opportunity to play when I can. Away from this I will always grasp the chance to enjoy time with my family and friends when it arises and to travel overseas.
