Managing multiple research projects she is experienced in identifying top tier HR talent across Asia, conducting in-depth research, mapping, analysis, and leveraging regional and global HR contacts, resulting in key HR C-suite appointments for the executive search practice. Before joining Frazer Jones, Kumud was a researcher in a global executive search firm with leadership hiring across Asia and MENA. She graduated from the Royal Institute of Technology with a bachelor of business and marketing.
