In addition to leading the team, she personally specialises in Total Rewards recruitment, advising clients on appointments across Compensation & Benefits, Executive Compensation, Global Mobility, and Reward leadership. With over a decade of recruitment experience, Liza has built an extensive network across the HR market and is a trusted partner to CHROs, HR leaders, and Reward executives on both strategic hires and team build-outs. Prior to joining Frazer Jones, she led highly specialised recruitment teams in both Amsterdam and New York City.
