As a Partner and Head of Asia, Sean is based in our Singapore office leading teams of respected HR recruiters supporting our clients and HR candidates across South East Asia, Hong Kong, China and Japan. He delivers retained searches, partnering CEOs and boards to appoint Chief HR Officers and regional Heads of HR. He helps them build high performance regional and country HR teams in Asia. With 18 years of consulting experience, Sean takes a research-centric approach and has an extensive HR network as a brand extension for clients in securing the best talent. Sean graduated with an honours degree in accounting and finance from The University of London and is qualified as a chartered accountant. He has worked in China, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore and speaks both Mandarin and English fluently.
