From a day to day perspective I manage Frazer Jones in the South West and Midlands and am based out of Bristol. I work across all industry sectors and HR disciplines within the region. This includes working with clients to deliver executive search and retained assignments at Head and Director level as well as identifying talent at Business Partner and Manager levels. I was also responsible for setting up the Human Capital practice in London and I am still actively involved with clients and candidates across People & Change within client facing management consultancy positions, typically at Manager to Director/Partner levels.
I have worked in recruitment for a number of years and specifically within HR since 2008/9. In that time I have partnered with a wide range of Global, EMEA and UK business’s and appointed at Group HR Director and mid-management levels across HR generalist, learning, compensation and benefits, resourcing and talent. Within the HC space I have appointed at Senior Manager, Director and Partner level across Big 4, mid-market and boutique firms, these roles have all involved people related change including OE / organisational design, organisational development, leadership / talent / assessment, HR strategy and HR transformation.
I have significant experience of managing retained and search assignments with in-house HR and HC clients, and particularly within financial and professional services, retail, FMCG, pharmaceutical, technology and manufacturing/engineering.
Part-time taxi driver to three children. Cricket is quite clearly the best sport in the world. Avid cyclist when I get time off from being a taxi driver.
