Advancing Racial Equity in partnership with HR rewired
Organisations of all shapes and sizes are now feeling the strategic imperative to address racism and communicate their approach to becoming anti-racist and advancing racial equity.
Yet there is a discomfort in talking about race and confusion amongst executive leaders who have invested hundreds of thousands on inclusion initiatives to find they solve none of these issues.
The overwhelming sentiment from employees, customers, investors and the media is that the time for talking is done. It is not enough to communicate quotas and targets, instead there’s an expectation to show decisive action and build credible plans to convert awareness into action.
We are proud to share that we will be sponsoring the forthcoming virtual conference
Advancing Racial Equity
in partnership with HR rewired on Thursday 23 September
