Frazer Jones is delighted to invite you to a series of roundtables on Agile Leadership, in partnership with Project X Partners.
The future of work is changing – global trends are disrupting the world of work, and organisations have identified a need to increase their business agility to adapt and survive, with HR and Leaders being essential in supporting and facilitating this transformation. During these interactive sessions, Project X Partners will share their expertise and experience around Agile HR, Leadership & Culture with a focus on Leadership Agility. The sessions will also provide an opportunity for HR practitioners, of all levels, to share ideas, approaches and experiences of Agile working.
Project X Partners are people & culture specialists who help organisations to thrive by enabling the people side of change through education, analysis, design, development and implementation of HR, Leadership & Culture solutions at the organisational, team and individual level.
Session 1 – Introduction to Leadership Agility and creating an agile culture

Today’s increasingly digitalised world requires a different leadership style – one that creates the right environment for teams and organisations to respond, adapt and navigate through complexity. In essence, ‘Agile Leadership’. Join us to find out what we mean by Agile Leadership?
We will explore:
- What we mean by ‘Agile Leadership’ – the mindset and behaviours
- Why is Agile leadership needed now, more than ever?
- How to navigate and lead through complexity
- Opportunities for further learning in your Agility Leadership journey
Session 2 – Leading from within
Thursday 9th September 2021 – 8.30am – 9.30am (BST)
We will explore the role of Leadership in creating and maintaining purposeful cultures where transparency, psychological safety and authenticity are core values. Where leaders lead by example in self-awareness, vulnerability and value inclusiveness, well-being and create an environment for trial and error.
Session 3 – Leading Others
Thursday 23rd September 2021 – 8.30am – 9.30am (BST)
We will explore the role of Leadership in creating cultures and environments where colleagues feel empowered, where individuals & interactions are valued over process and tools, and where everyone operates in the service of each other.
Session 4 – Leader-led Learning Culture
Thursday 7th October 2021 – 8.30am – 9.30am (BST)
We will explore the role of Leadership in creating a learning culture, where peer power is a driving force, boundary spanning and continuous development supports a common direction and where feedback is central.
