As we slowly adapt to a post- pandemic world, it is clear that employee expectations have significantly shifted. Having become more autonomous and self-directed over the last 18 months, employees are now more empowered than ever. This has led to many wanting more flexibility in their careers and a greater focus on wellbeing and mental health.  

For companies to move forward and continue to grow, they must use the COVID 19 pandemic as an opportunity to review, restructure and replace their employee benefits plan. Companies must offer what matters to employees the most or risk losing great talent. Creating a work culture that your employees want to be a part of every day requires listening. So what are employees saying? And what are companies doing?

Our roundtable event, hosted by Sofia Wikho-Ng, Recruitment Consultant will provide a central forum  for HR professionals to discuss their observations and what their companies or industries are doing to adapt to the changing expectations.
