Event date/time: Thu, 26 September 2024 8:15 am - 10:00 am

Generative artificial intelligence (AI) is here to revolutionise the human resources industry by automating and enhancing various functions and processes yet there is a lot of uncertainty about what the future holds and how to best use these new capabilities.

To address this we are holding a breakfast discussion in Bristol in partnership with Mark Brooker, TA Director at BT, and Maria Nedelcu, Director of Talent Science and Product Development at Neurosight. Maria will delve into some of the key challenges employers face as they try to understand and tackle AI.

Our session will cover AI effects on the following:
  • HR policies and capability
  • Talent acquisition
  • HR infrastructures
  • The future of work
  • The early careers market
