Maria has an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a decade of commercial experience specialising in assessment and selection. She has overseen the design and implementation of end-to-end assessment and selection processes in a wide range of leading employers, including HSBC, Fieldfisher, Grant Thornton, BT, GSK, Amey, UK National Nuclear Laboratory, Nestlé and many more.
Through this experience, Maria will share insights into how major employers are evolving their selection criteria and processes in response to generative AI, and how job seekers are adapting to this transformed hiring landscape.
