Are you an experienced Benefits professional looking for your next challenge? Our client, a scaling consumer goods organization, is seeking a dynamic Director of Benefits to lead their benefit programs for about 1500+ employees. In this role, you’ll oversee a variety of benefit programs including retirement, medical, dental, and life insurance plans while collaborating cross-functionally to develop new initiatives, ensure legal compliance, and drive successful open enrollments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, Bachelor’s degree and 10-12+ years of experience in benefits administration, analytical skills, and familiarity with ADP platforms.
