Frazer Jones are delighted to be working alongside this small but growing, and highly successful global investment bank to find them a Benefits & HR Analyst to join them in a dual role covering all aspects of Benefits as well as supporting with the HR generalist/ops functions across their European offices.

Due to expansion and an increase in work and headcount they are looking for someone to onboard initially on a 12-month FTC but with the hope that it would become a permanent role – they’re certainly busy enough to justify it!

This would be a highly varied and agile position where 50% of your role would be as the go to person and first point of call for all the UK and European Benefits, reporting to the Head of Benefits (based in the US), and the other 50% would be supporting the London HRBPs with HR Analytics, reporting, projects and general HR Ops stuff – so a really interesting blend.

What they want is someone who is confident, keen to learn, and who is 100% happy with a role that includes both the Benefits piece and the HR generalist duties.

The team are great, really fun and dynamic, the London office has a really great vibe to it. They operate a hybrid working policy (3 days in the office) and are based in Central London, very close to tube and train lines.

Duties will include;

  • Support the Head of Benefits with projects and act as the main point of contact for benefits queries for the UK and EU
  • Manage the relationships with the UK and EU benefits vendors and brokers
  • Support with the development and management of a UK wellbeing strategy
  • Support the London HRBPs with HR reporting and analytics as well as HR operations
  • Take an active role in a variety of HR projects, including the role out and integration of new HR Systems
  • Support with the administration of the company’s pensions scheme.
  • Review their current benefits, benchmarking and making recommendations
  • Ensure that all benefit documents and employee communications are accurate and fit for purpose

Ideal candidates will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a HR generalist role where you have had the opportunity to get involved in the Benefits side and want to learn more, and develop on that side while keeping your wider HR skills up.

Experience in a fast-paced commercial environment, particularly financial services would be preferred, but they are flexible for the right candidate who has a great attitude and is keen to learn.

If you’re interested in this role and would like more information please apply and contact John Bruce at Frazer Jones with any questions or to have a confidential discussion about your job search.
