Frazer Jones are excited to be working alongside one the worlds most respected professional services organisations who are renowned for their employee welfare, staff retention and ethical approach.

They are hoping to find an exceptional Benefits Advisor/Analyst to join them as part of a busy, growing Benefits team based in their stunning new offices in London – on a hybrid working pattern (2 days per week in the office).

Reporting to the Head of Benefits for Europe, you will be focusing on UK Benefits but working closely various senior stakeholders and your Benefits counterparts across their other European locations.

This is a really broad and varied role looking after all aspects of Benefits and Wellbeing, with lots of project work and the chance to find areas to specialise in and become the subject matter expert on.

What they are looking for is a Benefits Advisor or Benefits Analyst with a solid couple of years experience dealing with UK benefits who can hit the ground running, but still wants to grow and develop in this area.

You will need to work closely with key stakeholders and take real ownership for outcomes. Ideal candidates will have worked in professional services or a similar, corporate environment, and it would be great if you have had some exposure to flexible benefits schemes.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Managing their flexible benefits platform, with a particular emphasis on improvement and adaptation and employee engagement
  • Managing a number of complex benefits projects including benefits harmonisation, and the implementation of new reward and wellbeing programmes
  • Organisation and ownership of various Wellbeing events throughout the year
  • Overseeing the operational management BAU benefits arrangements
  • Be a benefits subject matter expert, and main contact point for HRBPs and other stakeholder for benefits matters, escalations etc.
  • Managing the benefits communications internally and acting as the primary point of contact for queries
  • Building relationships with vendors and brokers
  • Participate in benefits surveys and carry out benchmarking with other organisations on benefits issues, analysing the benefits data and trends, reporting on KPIs as part of the business plan and benefits strategy
