Role: Campus Recruiter
Location: Toronto, ON
Hybrid: 4 days in office (Monday – Thursday) with flexibility to come in 5 days to host interviews/events
Compensation range: Up to CAD $110k base salary plus bonus
Our client is a growing investment firm with over 1800 employees globally and is known for their incredible dynamic culture. The North American team is looking for a Campus Recruiter to join their team and be the point person for the Canadian market, while also working in partnership with the team across North America. This is an exciting opportunity to have direct impact into the business and make a mark on the incoming population!
In your role at Campus Recruiter, you will:
- Work to build out the graduate, MBA and intern populations for the US business in addition to hiring early careers roles up to 4 years of experience.
- Grow and initiate relationships with universities, including attending on-campus recruitment events.
- Develop strong relationships with the internal team including understanding their business needs and providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Source candidates for open requisitions.
- Run screening calls with candidates and manage applications.
- Liaise with external vendors as needed.
Key requirements:
- 4-6 years’ experience with campus/early careers recruitment.
- Experience working within a corporate and fast-paced environment such as financial services or tech.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
