Our client is a global investment firm looking to hire a Compensation Associate/Manager who will serve as the compensation expert within their growing HR function. Reporting to the Head of Reward/HR Operations, this hire will be charged with driving the development of the firm’s compensation philosophy and structure, while performing all benchmarking, analytics, and administration. This role truly blends a strategic and execution scope in support of ~300 employees.

The firm appreciates solid tenure and progression and is seeking ~6-8 years of experience, with some time spent in a compensation/reward consulting environment. Excellent analytical and data skills are required. Experience with global compensation would be welcome, as the firm is expanding into new international markets.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid-level compensation professional to take ownership of the function in a growing environment. The firm has a hybrid work arrangement, 2 days a week in their NYC office.
