About the Role

For my client, a global organization (150.000 global headcount) headquartered for Europe in Amsterdam, I am looking for an experienced Director P&O Transformation to lead the design and execution of a comprehensive People & Organization (P&O) transformation agenda across Europe.

This role is pivotal in shaping an integrated operating model, optimizing processes, and implementing modern systems that enhance employee experience and enable business growth.

What You Will Do

As Director P&O Transformation, you will lead large-scale transformation programs across the P&O function, ensuring alignment with business priorities and global standards. You will develop a holistic roadmap for process optimization, digital enablement, and cultural change, while managing risks and driving adoption of new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a comprehensive P&O transformation strategy for Europe.
  • Lead major transformation programs, ensuring delivery against timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Drive implementation and optimization of P&O technologies, including HRIS and digital tools.
  • Re-engineer core P&O processes (e.g., talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management) to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making through enhanced HR analytics and reporting.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and engagement.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the P&O function.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in P&O, organizational development, or people operations.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with HR technology systems and digital transformation tools.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
