Location: New York, NY
Hybrid: 3 days in office
Compensation range: $225-300k base salary plus bonus
Our client is a top tier global quant hedge fund looking for an Executive Coach to join their team. At the forefront of their sector, the firm is looking for an Executive Coach to partner with their internal stakeholders to enhance professional development.
Working in a tight-knit and collaborative team you will be responsible for:
- Working 1:1 with employees to support development through a variety of programs.
- Creating bespoke coaching plans for each employee while keeping in mind firm culture and commercial priorities.
- Partnering with employees across the organization to strengthen professional skills, improve decision-making, and amplify impact.
This is an exciting position where you can work with a variety of stakeholders and make a true impact on their growth.
Key requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience as an executive coach, ideally working with mid-senior level professionals.
- A bachelor’s degree is required and a master’s in applied psychology would be strongly preferred.
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
- Experience working within a financial or professional services firm would be beneficial but not required.
