We are pleased to partner a leading Consumer Services conglomerate to appoint a Group Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Partner into their team. Led by the vision of introducing positive changes, the client boasts a portfolio of products and services meant to cater to the differentiated needs of their customers. To further their stable and strong growth achieved amidst challenging external conditions, they are looking for an adept practitioner who is able to build a strong HR systems landscape that would promote internal HR processes. Based in Singapore, this is an individual contributor role.

Reporting into the Group Head of HR, this role has both advisory and operational elements at the global level. At its most fundamental, you will take ownership and be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation/migration of the new HRIS platform. This is a full end-to-end scope, from vendor negotiation, user testing activities, data consolidation + migration to post-implementation care. Conducting user trainings and any associated activities (e.g. preparation of materials) routinely to raise overall workforce competency as well as to convey any changes/updates intelligently constitute another cornerstone of the role. At the core of the role is to partner HR and beyond to best maximise the utility of the new HRIS tool for the organisation.

This successful candidate will ideally possess strong understanding of how Human Capital Management processes are delivered through systems practices. Aside from possessing technical know-hows of the major market players (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, Darwinbox), implementation experience will be crucial. Excellent communication skills are likewise pivotal as you will be the internal go-to person for any related issues. Those with a demonstrated history of diagnosing process inefficiencies and proposing relevant recommendations will be looked upon favourably.
